Mindfulness is a state of being and helps you to stay in the present moment, rather than in the 'back there and then' or in the 'what ifs'.




Mindfulness practice becomes a way of life the more you practice and incorporate it into your life. Start with short exercises that you do regularly through the day, then open out the experiences to other aspects of your life - eating, sitting on a train or a bus, having a shower, five minutes after you wake up etc. Let mindfulness become your state of being, rather than an exercise.
